Refund Policy

At ROM Mechanical Services, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality mechanical services with integrity and professionalism. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle service cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.
1. Service Deposits and Payments
For certain jobs, especially larger or custom projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. The amount and terms of the deposit will be clearly outlined in your written estimate or service agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or parts have been ordered.

Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee (e.g., for lost time or travel costs).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

You cancel a service before any work has begun and no materials or parts have been purchased.

A billing error occurs and is verified.

A service was paid for but not rendered due to a scheduling or company error.
We do not issue refunds for:

Completed work that meets agreed-upon service standards

Customer dissatisfaction related to issues not under our control (e.g., third-party equipment failure after installation)

Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice
4. Service Issues or Concerns
If you're unhappy with the service you received or believe there was an error, please contact us directly within 7 days of the service date. We will make every reasonable effort to:

Offer an adjustment or partial refund if a genuine service error is confirmed
